Dejan Levaja currently resides in Belgrade, Serbia. He is a CTO for Network Security Solutions d.o.o. engaged mostly by enterprise systems like banks and insurance companies as a penetration tester. Computer security is his passion, and he is constantly engaged in searching new ways of improving it. For the last three consecutive years he has been nominated for Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (Security), as one of the exceptional technical community leaders from around the world who are awarded for voluntarily sharing their high quality, real world expertise in offline and online technical communities.

Marketing & Sales | NGO

Delvina has more than 20 years experience in various industry sectors in Brazil. In her professional engagement she was always in close contact with people: wholesale trade, banking (credit allocation and control), marketing and design management, distribution of complex marketing solutions (graphics and advertising). She has a degree in social education, and currently works on her master's degree in Gender Studies in Vienna, Austria. Her role in MontenaSoft is coordination with freelancers from Brazil and IT marketing in the NGO sector.

Dragan Eror gave a strong boost to our web development team. He made a usual path from buyer of computer equipment to someone who wants to really learn about computer programming. In recent years Dragan accumulated knowledge over vast variety of operating systems, programming and designer tools. This set of skills makes him invaluable in project phases that deal with technology stack definition. He also makes a strong advocacy for the use of Open Source software.

Ivica is chief IT-Analyst and also co-founder of MontenaSoft. He currently studies civil engineering in Belgrade, but this involvement is more like a hobby to him and it helps him to satisfy his excitement for applied mathematics. His real passion is IT technology and he was involved in several hi-profile IT projects, from infrastructure to civil engineering, always mixing different technologies: C++ mixed with Java Enterprise, Python mixed with PHP platform.

José Carlos de Castro is Cartoonist and Graphic Designer. José Carlos has more then 30 years of experience in practically every area of graphic design and he runs his own designer agency XGRAF for the last 10 years in Lodrina, Brazil. His exceptional talent in creating illustrations, logos, marketing campaigns and promotional material has been hi valued by the customers of XGRAF. MontenaSoft welcomes José Carlos as one of its associates, who will bring his skills in creating complex graphic materials for challenging marketing campaigns who are focused on branding the web presence of our customers.

Mark Harré comes from Wellington, New Zealand and currently works as Senior System Administrator and Project Manager in the IT department of an investment bank in Vienna, Austria. His main professional interest is security and administration of large servers and network infrastructure. He advises MontenaSoft in matters of security and communication with large systems and computers, as well as in marketing issues for the Far East countries.

Maria Wipplinger comes from Vienna, Austria, and brings extensive experience in the field of transport and logistics. She is employed in the last 20 years at one of the largest European airlines in division Sales and Customer Service. She acts in MontenaSoft as a consultant for marketing and sales of IT solutions for tourism and logistics companies, as well as for general marketing issues in German-speaking countries.

Miroslav
Madžarević

Technology | Sys. Admin

Miroslav (Mire) is SysAdmin and WebHostAdmin for MontenaSoft web and infrastructure projects. He currently resides in Belgrade, Serbia and works as freelancer for several companies in USA and European Union as system administrator. Miro has been doing almost exclusively Linux programming and system administration for last ten years, and has profound experience in system security, as well in accompanying programming & script languages like C, Bash, PHP and Perl. He likes to share his experience in programming and (almost) everything else through his blog.

Šćurić

Technology | Graph Design & LAN technique

Nenad is Graphic Designer for the Web and has been with MontenaSoft from the early start. He studied the Higher School of Professional Business studies in Novi Sad, Serbia. Nenad has more than 5 years of practical experience in graphic design and he combines his knowledge of business needs well with his skills in design. Passionate about drawing since birth, he has a very good eye for details, and his web mock-ups are of astonishing beauty and elegance. All this qualities combined with practical knowledge in building and administrating computers and LAN sites makes him a valuable contributor for MontenaSoft projects.

Rónán Gearóid
Ó Domhnaill

Marketing & Sales | UK & Ireland

Rónán Gearóid Ó Domhnaill, BA, MA, PGDE is from Ireland and resides in Dublin. He is responsible for English Marketing & Language Advising within MontenaSoft. He studied languages and history at several universities across Europe, including Galway (Ireland), Dresden (Germany) and Vienna (Austria). Human communication and languages is his constant preoccupation, and currently he is engaged as a German and Irish teacher in Dublin. He has also worked as Business English teacher and translator, with more than 5 years working experience in this field.

Dr. Slavko
Puljić

Technology | Mining & Energy

Slavko is an expert in applied programming in several areas of engineering, including: Applied Mathematics, Operation Research, Geotechnics and Process Technology. He has a PhD in engineering and post-doc in Geomechanics. He has been engaged as principal technology analyst for more than 20 years in one of the largest mining company in Serbia. Slavko advises MontenaSoft in some long-term projects for large state and mining companies in the area south-east Europe.

CEO & Founder

Željko is the CEO and founder of MontenaSoft. After getting a degree in electrical engineering and telecommunications, he spent more than 10 years in different positions in the IT industry (from education to insurance, from medical software solutions to cell phone communication engineering for the Fortune 500 companies, to name but a few). In 2008 he decided to start the company with the focus on developing sophisticated web solutions and complex computer applications.

Poljo

Zlatko Poljo is MontenaSoft's professional in the area of Flash Animation & Media Production. He currently resides in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and has impressive portfolio in broad spectrum of activities connected to animation, music and media, including practical experiences in Flash Design, Flash Animation, Graphic Design, 3D Modeling, 3D Animation, Video Post Production, Music Composing and Audio Effects. He enjoys working with talented people and was involved also as music producer, musician and performance artist in several different projects.
