Nokia is buying Trolltech

So its final now - Trolltech has now officially become part of Nokia.

Although I am not fan of current trends in market - big companies are constantly buying smaller ones this can have some nice implication. Qt is already great c++ cross platform framework but its still not wide accepted in windows world and there is still no real competition to MS .net platform. But now with Nokia standing behind Trolltech, with Qt 4 changing windows distribution license to GPL and with KDE 4 which is runnable on MS Windows (and off course with little luck:) in the future we should see Qt growth in enterprise market.
