KDE 4 RC2 ready for testing

Yesterday KDE team released last release candidate RC2 of a new KDE 4.0, so I can't wait 11 January for release of stable version. I didn't yet test RC candidates (don't have free time) but just looking to screen shots, features and innovation list, oh boy, this will be very exciting... :))))

You can look screenshots and read more about RC2 here and here.

But one particular new optimization that is very nice (and it has nothing to do with new great look :) is that KDE 4.0 is using less of system memory when compared to 3.5 versions - in test while doing comfortable work KDE 3.5 is using 348mb, 4.0 228mb and Gnome for example 256mb.
